This bundle is not only beautiful for the garden but also beautiful for your plates! Included are five of our favorite edible flowers that we use in our edible flower mixes at the farm: pansies/violas, bachelor buttons, sweet william, calendula and zinnias. The bundle includes one 6-pack of each type. Pansies and sweet william can be eaten whole, and the other three are best when you eat just the petals. All can be used in their whole form for decorations and garnish.

Winter Squash and Pumpkin Plant Starts - 4” Pots ($5 each)
Delicata Winter Squash - a classic striped squash with a delicate skin.
Cinammon Girl Pie Pumpkin - a small sized pie pumpkin that is great for decorating, carving and then also eating! You can also skip the first two options and go straight to the eating part! Lovely for soups and pies. Plants usually produce 2-3 pumpkins each. 3-5lb fruits.
Black Futsu - The delicious flesh is sweet raw or roasted, with light and fruity notes that hang delicately in each bite. Fruit ripens in winter storage, when the green halo between the flesh and skin disappears and skin turns from black to chestnut. Plants produce 3-5 squash per plant.
Butterbaby Butternut - The 4-6" fruit is uniform and classically shaped with attractive skin and beautiful interior flesh. The small size is perfect for a two-person meal.
Sunshine Kabocha - Flattened globe-shaped fruits have excellent flavor and tender, stringless texture. A great culinary variety for baking, mashing or pies.
Summer Squash Plant Starts - 4” Pots (5$ each)
Dunja - a great dark green zuchinni, with good powdery mildew resistance, strong yield and compact bushy habit.
Goldy - beautiful bright yellow zuchinni with few spines and good yield.
Dario - green striped cocozelle-type zuchinni.
Pepper Plant Starts - 4” Pots ($5 each)
Sweet Snack Peppers - Farmer's Choice - we will send red, orange or yellow and do our best to send a mix if more than one is ordered. Bred with an emphasis on flavor, yields and plants that stand up straight for easy harvest. 3-5" fruits.
Red and Yellow Bell Peppers - varieties selected for good coloring up in our shorter growing season.
Red and Yellow Sweet Roasters - Varieties are Carmen and Escamillo, selected for quick maturity, great flavor and good yields.
Wenk's Yellow Hots - This is our all-time favorite hot pepper. It is included in the Slow Food Ark of Taste. It is similar in heat content to jalapenos, ripens from light yellow, to orange to red. Great fresh, pickled, or grilled.
Cucumber Plant Starts - 4” Pots ($5 each)
Excelsior - a wonderful "dual purpose" American slicer that can be eaten fresh and also makes wonderful pickles.
Manny - this variety is considered a medium sized Persian-type cucumber. Smooth skinned, productive, and easy to grow either on trellis or on the ground.
Poniente - long English type does best on a good trellis. Cucumbers are 12-13" long.
Lemon Cucumber - an old favorite from our first years of farming in the Northwest. Harvest while they are still a pale yellow for the best eating quality.
